Registration cannot be considered complete until 2 emergency contacts are provided. They will be contacted only in the event that we can not reach a guardian, and a medical or behavioral issue arises.
Individuals listed here are authorized for pickup.
Please add anyone who will be picking up your camper at the end of the day. Your camper may only leave with individuals listed on this form as a guardian, emergency contact, or authorized pickup.
Your child can choose 2 friends of the same gender and age to be grouped with.

Due to the high volume of scholarship applicants and our desire to meet the needs of all families in need of assistance with camp tuition, we have placed a maximum amount of a 25% scholarship award per camper toward tuition costs. Please make sure you provide all information requested below before submitting your scholarship request and registrations. All scholarships will be awarded no later than June 6th. All cancellation requests must be made by email in order to receive a refund. Your camper registration fee includes a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. An additional $25.00 per camper per week cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations made within 30 days of each camp week's start date.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified by email within two business days if you have been wait listed.
You will receive a confirmation email of your registration. This email will include forms to be filled out for EACH child you register. Please fill out forms and email to the email address for forms before your child's first day of camp. Your child must have all forms filled out before he or she may attend camp.
When you press "Register", your registration will be checked and any needed corrections will be noted for you to correct. If your information is complete, you will go to the payment page.
Your registration will not be submitted without payment.
